My wife and I went to Prime Wheels to inspect a car. Sam was upfront and explained the car needed a few things fixed, as they had just acquired the car, a Japanese import. Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even delivered the car to us when I wasn't able to pick it up myself. We received the car serviced and cleaned, inside and out. Car yard is nice and tidy with a large selection of cars. Customer service is amazing. Was offered free drinks whilst I waited. Muzz (salesman) was very knowledgeable and transparent with the cars. Also the cars are all reasonably priced and of decent quality. I would highly recommend this dealership over others that I have visited.

These Guys have been great. We purchased a Subaru Outback from them that was in great condition. Unfortunately, just after purchase a sensor faulted on the vehicle. This wasn’t covered in the statutory warranty, but The Prime Wheels team stood by us and covered the repairs on the fault. They were great to deal with, kept in constant contact throughout this time. I purchased a 2011 Ford Territory from prime wheels only for the fuel injectors to go in it within 3 weeks, Muz was awesome to work with as he organised for my car to get fixed under it’s warranty and also supplied me with a loan car and met me half way to swap cars as I live 2 hours from the car yard.

Thank you Mike - such a gentleman. Refreshing to see such helpfulness and honesty in car dealership. Such a positive experience when buying my VW Golf recently. Not only did he save me an hour off my trip by suggesting a different train route and picking me up from a train station further out of his way but he knew I had a long journey home, driving into the night, that he made sure the tank was full of fuel for me when I came to collect it!
